The Holtville Athletic Club has developed a very valuable regional partnership with Yuma's KYMA-TV News Channel 11. This working relationship has both entities working together to support local causes. 2005 was no exception the two groups joined forces supporting "Toys for Tots", Hurricane Katrina Relief, Thanksgiving Food Drive, and of course the Holtville Athletic Club's Rib Cook-Off.KYMA has provided the Rib Cook-Off with a dynamic event media promotion package that includes both pre and post event commercial packages, KYMA's news team has also put the type of work into the promotion of the Rib Cook-Off that's end result is larger crowds and more funds raised to benefit the region. |
